Thanks for stopping by! As summer is quickly winding down, and the leaves are starting to change colors it is a great reminder that the holidays are right around the corner. When I think of the holidays, one of the first things that come to mind are Christmas cards, and all the pictures of the families on them. I love seeing how everyone looks one year later, if there are new additions to the family, those babies growing into children, and those children growing into teenagers.
Well this year I have an opportunity for three families to receive a free 15 minute session and 5 high resolution digital images. The only thing that you have to do is share the photos! Share the watermarked photos with anyone and everyone. You will also receive non-watermarked images so that you can print them out, make holiday photo cards, etc.
If you are interested in this opportunity leave a comment below with your favorite holiday traditions, or memories. I look forward to hearing from everyone!
Love this! :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday tradition is definitely fall oriented. We love to go pick out pumpkin and go to the pumpkin farms for fun filled activities!
That sounds fun! :)
DeleteGrowing up, my parents always gave us a Christmas ornament each year. This year, I get to give my own son an ornament!
ReplyDeleteIt is so exciting to be a parent!
DeleteMy family always opened presents on Christmas Eve and stockings Christmas morning. My dad always gave each of us kids an extra special present Christmas morning too. He still does it even though we're grown up and having kids of our own now. I can wait to create some new traditions this year with our new baby boy!
ReplyDeletewe Have Started The Tradition Of Baking Christmas Cookies With The Girls And Cannot Wait To Do It Again This Year And Add Clark To The Mix!
ReplyDeletehmmm, i wonder how Clark cookies will taste. How do you mix him in? by hand or by a mixer?

Haha!
DeleteIs that a title, Ang? Why is every word capitalized ;) LOL!
DeleteMy favorite holiday tradition is a game my family plays every Christmas. Everyone (parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) buys at least 5 cheap gifts, wraps them, and then we "gamble" for them with dice. Everyone always gets ridiculously competitive, and then we open the gifts at the end and find out that the gift we were fighting over is just an old pair of shoes or a bag of ranch-flavored crickets. It's beyond fun.
ReplyDeleteLove all these responses! Thanks for sharing your family traditions.
ReplyDeleteJon and I came to our marriage with, well, no traditions; so it has taken us some time to develop our own each season. But by far I am most purposeful at Christmas time. I love the whole works: the shopping, the decorating, the devotions, the joy, and of course the reminder and sobering thinking that must accompany all of it. His love changed everything and we love celebrating it! :)
ReplyDeleteMattie and I don't have any traditions yet but now that we have Henry we definitely want to start making some!
DeleteWe love to make hot chocolate and go look at christmas lights!

Christmas Lane?
DeleteOur yearly pumpkin farm visit, carving pumpkins with the kids, and last but not least, seeing the excitement in my daughter's face getting ready to go trick or treat!
ReplyDeleteWe love decorating the tree the day after Thanksgiving, it's almost hard to wait even that long! Lol! I love making Christmas cookies with the family and watching all the classic movies. Best time of the year :)
ReplyDeleteThis is Laena btw ;)
DeleteLol
DeleteMy all time favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. My family does homemade raviolis. I made them as a girl with my grandma. As I got older I made them with my dad. This year my sister and I will try to make them on our own.
